Crab Chop a la Charles

Chuck’s creation is not a crab cake, but it is a three decade long institution in Augusta. The delicate crab meat is woven into a blonde roux, dusted with bread crumbs and sautéed, cajun-style. $23.25.


Shrimp Po’ Boy

Choice of fried or grilled, tomato, creole cole slaw, tartar sauce. $9.25/$13.25.
